With his determination and vision, M&C has established itself as a reliable and trustworthy company.
Director - Staphanie Tam
Staphanie has been working with M&C since its incorporation. Her leadership and experience in manufacturing ensure the quality and safety of M&C's products. She has over 40 years of experience in quality management. She specializes in M&C's manufacturing and staff training at the factory.
Director - Gordon Chin
Gordon has been working at M&C since 2000. He specializes in product development. His energy, senses in trends and creativity lead our Research and Development Department to develop innovative toys. He has created some of M&C's best-selling brands, such as Power Team, Go Goal Ole!, etc. Gordon has largely contributed to M&C's success of being a leader in the toy industry by creating some of the best-selling toys throughout M&C's history.
CEO – Leslie Chin
Leslie specializes in sales, overseas promotion, brand building and general management. As a far-sighted member of the management team, he manages M&C with passion and aims to transform M&C from a traditional family business into an influential toy supplier which brings creativity and impact to toy industry on an international level.
As one of leading toy companies, we have a professional product research and development team, specially focuses on marketing research and developing new products with their creativity and experience.
